One-on-one Coaching
Get a jump start on understanding your healing and your patterns by working through Lila’s book, “Break UP: How to Claim your Worth and heal your Broken Heart” in weekly 50 minute sessions. If you are ready to stop repeating the same painful patterns in your life, take the step to coach with me. I encourage you to choose the ten weekly sessions, as we can build a strong foundation within that timeframe and get you on a forward and stronger path. I do offer weekly sessions and a five session package as well. You will come out of ten weeks with a clear understanding of your patterns of behavior, your attachment style, how and why you relate to people the way you do, and what exactly you can do to grow. I offer payment plans, or pay-by-the-week.

I want to work with you to build your foundation of self-worth and how to truly break free from the cycles you may be repeating unconsciously, and bring those unhelpful patterns into focus for change. I offer a ten-week package, a five-week package, weekly sessions and a group offering. In ten weeks we will be able to create a good plan of action, in five weeks we will have the basics introduced, in weekly sessions we will cover the same concepts as we can. The group is a great way to receive the education affordably, while also connecting with others. I am here for you!

Lila is the Executive Director of Kingdom Wellness Collaborative Company and Journey to Recovery Community Center in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, entities that support individuals along the entire spectrum of development from prevention and early intervention of substance use disorder, to how to rebuild after abuse and addiction. What works for an individual can be transferred to organizations, and Lila understands how to rebuild both people and entities. She is a Certified Recovery Coach, The 2024 recipient of the Recovery Partners of Vermont "Mark Helijas Recovery Pioneer" Award, and a leader of innovative, fast paced, effective systems change.
Coaching men and women surrounding healthy relationships is something I do that I enjoy, I do it on the side so I only take a few clients at a time. I do this because I deeply enjoy helping others learn how to stop suffering sooner than I did. We all want to belong and be loved. It sounds so simple. Keynote Speech
Lila Bennett is a systemic change leader and consultant. She is an executive leadership, abuse, and recovery expert who delivers high-energy and relatable keynotes. Her presentations challenge the audience to leverage their focus and understand what drives their motivation and purpose. Lila uses her personal story to introduce the concepts of attachment theory, trauma responses, cycles of abuse, and how to use awareness as power for change, personal and in complex systems. Lila can take her experiences and education and share how it has made her the leader and speaker she is today, and then offer a roadmap forward for each member of the audience.
